These terms and conditions govern the relationship between EnerWise and renewable energy installers who use our platform to connect with homeowners.
Eligibility and Registration
Qualification Requirements
- • Must be a registered business in the UK
- • Must hold relevant trade qualifications and certifications
- • Must have appropriate insurance coverage (minimum £2 million public liability)
- • Must comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- • Must have a proven track record in renewable energy installations
Required Certifications
- • MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) certification
- • Gas Safe registration (for heat pump installers)
- • NICEIC or equivalent electrical certification
- • TrustMark registration (preferred)
- • Any other certifications required for your specific services
Registration Process
- • Complete online registration form with accurate information
- • Update profile with accreditations
- • Undergo verification and approval process
- • Setup Stripe Express account for deposit processing

- • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

Work Quality Standards

- • Clean up work areas after completion
Health and Safety
- • Comply with all health and safety regulations
- • Provide appropriate safety equipment for workers
- • Conduct risk assessments for all projects
- • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- • Report any incidents or near-misses
Commission and Payments
Commission Structure
- • Commission rates vary by project type and value
- • Rates are clearly communicated during project quoting
Payment Processing
- • All payments are processed through Stripe
- • Commission is deducted from project payments
Project Completion
- • Update the project upon completion
- • Provide completion documentation and certificates
- • Ensure customer satisfaction before final payment

Platform Usage

Termination
Termination by You

Post-Termination

EnerWise acts as a platform facilitator only. We are not liable for the quality of work, equipment, or services provided by installers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnerWise from any claims arising from your work, services, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by one of these means:
